Yea you can buy the pins spare there all detachable find a DMRv12 Pin set and you can unscrew and re screw the pins, update just brought 2 brand new tyre’s with new tubes… Lock on grips… new gloves.. new pump… getting ready for the nice weather.. need to go to a bike shop though and pick up a few tools xD

  16. Xonegod says:

Try a machine shop, or if you know the dimensions of the specific pins Ebay will probably have them… all they really are: allen wrench head, medium thread machine screws. The diameter of the screw shaft is what might be a hard to take a guess at, but most custom/prototype machine shop guys are ready to help you identify anything you bring to them. and if you broke the screws off, chances are the machineshop is one-stop-shop for your full repair of the pedals for a negligible fee :-)

    ..X..

  17. bizlur says:

Cool. I have broke several of my pins. Do you know if you can buy spares?

  18. Gamersunited33 says:

DMRV12′s on my old bike havent biked in 3 years now though xD

  19. bizlur says:

Agreed. I use Wellgo MG-1 downhill pedals on my bike w/ adjustable traction pins, they work perfect. I’ll leave the clipless pedals on my road bike.

i don’t use clipless and i never will
the bonus of actually having fun on a bike outweighs the effort in uphill riding saved by clipless
    and platforms look better
