um well what kind of fork is it if its not a rock shox marzocchi or fox its prolly a crap shock that dosent work but if its not there is 2 things to do. 1 is to make sure your reboud is set properly 2 is to make sure its the right presser and 3 is to make sure your fork is not locked out but there is oil inside maby u need a thinner oil ask yer local shop
im dunno about completely bottoming out your fork, but i think his point is you should be using all of the travel of your fork to your advantageso the zip tie should be fairly high on your fork, not just a couple inches, this is the way i have my bike set up with Marzocchi 888′s, at the end of each run ive used roughly 150 mm of mt 200 mm travel not close to bottoming out, but im still using a lot of the fork.
look it up, just go to Google. it just that easy.
i just bot a brand new bike and sometimes the front forks get stuck at the top and dont go down, do i just need to oil them? please reply
i want the rock shox pike dose anybody no how much they cost
Expert Village? Everyone thinks they’re an expert on youtube.. this guys a tosser!
if you bottom out your air shock two or three times a ride especailly with pikes they wont come back up! this guy is going to get someone really hurt!
HItting the bump-stops destroys shocks.
bottoming them fuks them shudnt bottom them only if ya goin off a HUGE drop or summit
bottoming out fuked up my last bike =
Yes I heard that you don’t want either front or rear suspension bottoming out, but you do want to constantly using your full length with no bottom out.
why do u wanna bottom out you’re fork that doesn’t do anything good 4 ur bike and it doesn’t feel good to bottom out
y do u need to bottom ur fork every ride??
if your forks bottom out they are def not set up right thats the one thing u really want to avoid!
You want your fork to bottom out at least once a ride
wtf you really dont wanna bottom out at all it makes ya suspension fuked up
ur a plug!
