While I certainly loved the shoe for all its features, a screw fell off within a month of purchase, rendering the pair unusable. Since I threw away the receipt, the retailer will not bother replacing/refunding them. The clasps are attached to the shoe via a very small screw, and that screw fell off during a ride and simply disappeared.
